Then you should ask your ISP to set reverse DNS for this IP to
mail.pullman.com.mx.

perform the removal on your behalf.

If there is a problem with obtaining proper reverse DNS or with your ISP
performing the removal for you, then - as a last resort - you can
configure your server to accept mail for abuse/postmaster at its current
