What, exactly, is the problem? Singnet hasn't cared about removing this 
IP address from DSBL for two and a half years, and if this IP address 
was yours at the time, neither have you until now.

Please get Singnet to assign reverse DNS for your IP address so that the 
world at large can tell that the IP address is assigned to you, and that 
it is cared for.

Anonymous IP addresses cannot be delisted from DSBL, sorry.
