That doesn't mean a thing. The vintage listings are the best ones.
See for instance 203.125.242.172, listed over a year ago and still
insecure. And 203.125.242.174 itself was listed elsewhere only a
couple of weeks ago.

It it up to *you* to do something about your problems.

First, *really* secure all of your systems. Repeatedly requesting
removal from all of the blocklists (yes I've checked your records with
DSBL's competitors) without fixing your security problems is not a
proper way to operate a server.

Next, assign reverse DNS to 203.125.242.174, DSBL does not remove
anonymous hosts. Once this is done you request removal.
