Dear Sir/Madam, I am listed, although I never sent spam and my updated Norton can not detect any virus or spyware on my computer. My provider is the Dutch company Chello (www.chello.nl). Their helpdesk refuses to assist me; they do not want to confirm an answer from you on a delisting request. I desperately need to send e-mail from Outlook Express (I can now only send mail from internet). PLEASE help me!
