So, you have two options.

1. Contact wp.pl Postmasters and convince them not to block their own
legitimate clients. If you relay mail through smtp.wp.pl, you are a
legitimate client, aren't you?

2. Delist 148.81.172.234 from DSBL through the common procedure. You
need to have informative reverse DNS pointing to your domain name and to
have access to Postmaster or Abuse mailboxes at this domain. Anonymous
hosts are not delisted from DSBL since 2004, and this policy is intentional.
