Unfortunately (or fortunately?), noone in DSBL has access to your
mailserver logs and settings. And we just do not know if you have
stopped to relay spam or not.

DSBL completely trusts your words about it, but you still have to prove
that your words are authoritative. Means, that you are the Postmaster.

I'm afraid, you can do nothing while NTL publishes explicitly false data
in reverse DNS:

mail.interactive-enterprise.com has address 193.120.149.253
