The envelope from is set to <> to indicate that mail systems should not
bother returning bounces, as there's nothing DSBL can do with them.
This is the explicit intent of the empty reverse path, i.e. so systems
don't generate bounces from bounces.

The reason we don't document this is that your mail system is
responsible for accepting and delivering *all* mail destined for
administrative addresses to a human, regardless of what it looks like.
While this may mean that postmaster@ and abuse@ get alot of spam, such
is the price of administering a mail server.  Filtering of any type on
these addresses is unacceptable.
