s4:10022 turned out to be not very spectacular.
Todays newcomer is  s4:10130. This is definitely a new #1. The top 10 
of the last 1600+ ACL protected proxies is:

    550 s4:10242
    443 s4:10130
    176 s4:10777
    176 s4:10022
     87 s4:18844
     61 s4:10099
     35 s4:29992
     32 s4:17771
     23 s4:10232
      2 s4:38883

Doing the same for the last 500 entries shows that 10130 is a steady 
climber:

    200 s4:10130
    136 s4:10242
     47 s4:10022
     33 s4:10777
     27 s4:18844

As for the ACL, our opponent has changed it again. I am finally down to
zero networks and I am now using chained proxies. However, it seems
that some of you still have access to these proxies, so give it a try.
