Summary: Incorrect LMTP MAIL FROM Options SIZE

Initial Comment:
When dspam delivers to a destination LMTP server it adds the SIZE= option to the MAIL FROM command even when the LMTP server has not advertised the SIZE capability in it's LHLO response, causing delivery failure with 501 5.5.4 Unsupported options on the destination LMTP
