Missing header file auto-config.h

Hi,

Is there any reason why we aren't including auto-config.h in 'make
install'?  I'm missing it in Gentoo. In Ubuntu it is available in
libdspam7-dev, but after reviewing the package, it seems that copying
the file is added in the package (same for pref.h).
