If some message gots inside your mail server, it will go out some time in the
future, unless it's for a local user.

You shall allways include some prefix when defining entries at access database.

Recent sendmail versions accept it without prefix only for compatibility
reasons, but this may cause unexpected issues. It's highly recommended to
include the prefix indicating what you want to do (Connect, From, To, qgrp,...).
