Adding Habeas licensee header on Mozilla.

Hi,
Habeas configuration page for Mozilla: 
http://habeas.com/configurationPages/mozilla.htm
claims that Mozilla does not support Habeas headers and they recommend 
that we vote for adding such a feature however in Bugzilla: 
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61520
this feature is claimed to be implemented.

If it is, How do I add Habeas headers in Mozilla (version 1.6)
