Can the Habeas header fire back?

Hi,

I read the FAQ: http://habeas.com/supportFAQs.html#12
but I still do not get it.

How is it that as a licensee I did not get a unique identifier and that 
the header is published on Habeas web site? Every spam 
generator/virus/worm can implement this header. Would it be a virus on 
an innocent end user machine and that machine will be blacklisted, than 
Habeas, in this case, contributes to the damage that user is suffering from.
