My IP is blacklisted in DSBL

Hi,

Currently my ISP gave me an IP address (DHCP) that is blacklisted in 
DSBL. They claim that - would I send my messages using my ISP mail 
server - I should be OK. Facts are:

   1. A colleague informed me my messages were regarded as spam.
   2. The HABEAS Sender Warranted Email did not help.
   3. DSBL is wrong. I got a bad IP - did some trouble more than a year
      ago - but sending my messages using my ISP smtp server does not
      work well.
