no comments on kmail, particularly, but it's encouraging that the support 
in SpamAssassin is (directly) encouraging the use of hashcash in MUAs.

is there a "best practices" article about implementing hashcash? like 
whether or not a minting stamps should be done in the background, how to 
hide BCC stamps, etc...
