hashcash 1.04 released

I put up rpms, source rpms, source and binary tar balls for linux.

This is the first stable release of hashcash with Jonathan's
fastminting code integrated.  It is a lot faster if you have been
holding back on tracking the current stuff you might want to get it.
Even Jonathan's generic C code versiosn are a fair bit faster.

Still no windows compile.  Oh well.  If someone who is good at that
wants to compile and send patches that would be most welcome.
(Probably generic would be easier -- already Jonathan's C code is
faster).

I made also a .ebuild file:

(untested) for gentoo.

I had fun in the RPM spec file so the source RPM even uses some RPM
architecture macros to build with right options for x86 and ppc (and
falls back to generic on other platforms).
