benchmarks...

I put a set of benchmark figures accumulated from this list.

To benchmark "hashcash -sv" (this is now the same as
fastmint_benchtest).

I wonder if hashcash would compile in cygwin.  Can the cygwin binaries
be made static and runable without cygwin system installed?  Anyone
know and have cygwin installed?
