The problem is that it's a B2C business, so there are a lot of legitimate gmail/hotmail users. This also means there isn't much regularity to outgoing mail to subtract points. It's usually just one-offs where users check on ordering or ask general product questions. This also doesn't include the businesses using Workspace, which would most likely share the same IPs.
