Yes, it requires one to understand this line in the USAGE section:

    spamassassin-run    "spamassassin" front-end filtering script

So, 'man spamassassin-run' is what you need for the options available 
for the spamassassin script proper.

You can also use 'perldoc' for any of the SA Perl modules.
