I blocked onmicrosoft.com AGES ago, and my reject message explains how 
to contact us if an allow entry is needed. I've never once gotten contacted.

I reported spam to Microsoft and Google for ages, but just gave up. They 
don't seem to care at all, as long as the check clears.
