First of all, plain text only here.

Second, you've got something backwards .. or perhaps
something not correct at all.  For instance, all you say is
that you "have the SpamCop function turned on" but
don't actually say that you have a spamcop.net reporting
or e-mail account.  That said, you can report any/all of
your e-mail through your SpamCop.net account.

If that doesn't answer your query, then there needs to
be some research done at your end to better explain
exactly what the issue actually is.
