Where is an appropriate newsgroup for questions on spam?

First off, if this is the wrong newsgroup for posting questions, I apologize, but there doesn't seem to be much info about what can be discussed in the various groups on the mailserver. Somehow, BigPond's mail server is sending me spam emails, although I'm not exactly sure how they're getting to me and bypassing the requirement to get the user receive name (the part before the @ symbol) right. Here's one such spam email - Notice how it doesn't appear to have my real address anywhere in it.
