The main newsgroup (spamcop) is more appropriate for this question, since it's not specific to Spamcop email accounts. I'm Cc-ing and setting followup to that newsgroup. Posting headers is ok in any of the newsgroups, but if you need to post a complete spam, you should do so only in spamcop.spam, and then post a message with the same title in one of the other groups, mentioning that the spam is posted in spamcop.spam. In this case, posting the complete spam wasn't really necessary. For that matter, posting the complete spam is rarely needed anymore, since the tracking system now stores the complete spam, and posting a tracking URL is adequate.
