You posted into a newsgroup & thread that is directed towards
the ise of a SpamCop Filtered E-mail Account (though perhaps
I've misread the original poster's query?)  You seem to be talking
about the use of the SpamCopDBSBL which is something else
entirely.  In that light, you are also talking about different systems,
hardware, software on two different U.S. coasts, owned and ran
by different people.  Perhaps a look at an "Overview of SpamCop
