You apparently seem to be talking about the use of the SpamCopDNSBL,
which is not a SpamCop e-mail account ... Yes, the SpamCopDNSBL only
deals with IP adresses .. perhaps see a breakout of the various parts of
SpamCop.net at http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?act=faq&article=20
