All emails were submitted via the web interface for reporting missed 
spam.

My point is that after days/weeks of reporting the same email (all 
identical except for "sender" when they're grouped), they still continue 
to come through.

But obviously you're convinced (ironic since you don't use the service 
I'm talking about) that it's misconfigured.
