I read somewhere recently that there was trouble with the spamcop
country dnsbl filter for .cn

If you will post a tracker for a spam which SC missed, I can tell you
how I would block it with spampal's dnsbl/s and perhaps someone else
around here will tell you how to improve the configuration of the SC
filtering.
