If they are blocked by 3rd parties, you should either review why that mail is blocked via going their site (never send anything as you aren't postmaster) or again, white list sender. If they are blocked by 3rd parties and as Spamcop picked the "respected" ones without a doubt, you should also tell sender to switch to a more seriously maintained ISP.
