My own mail is being blocked

Hi,

Over the last week I have been having a great deal of trouble with mail 
forwarded to my spamcop account from my domains being blocked by spamcop.

I have listed all my domains on my whitelist but that only part solves the 
problem as I still get substansial amounts blocked

Anyone any ideas why this should be so and what I can do to remedy.
