In this case, there isn't any "use" required ... it's at the top of every Forum page, on the portal page at http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?act=home Just pop to the URL, graphic is there, acts as a link to a larger pic with the rest of the statistic charts. Issue is that when the Parsing & Reporting system has problems, some folks can't log in, and that's if the server is even responding. The Forum and the charts are hosted on a geographically separated system owned, maintained by JT, so there is that off-site status check available. As far as that goes, there were several posts in the Forum about the "database errors after submitting my spam" also, so even some folks that "do use" the Forum aren't seeing the data placed on their screen either <g>
