I suppose in that sense, I wouldn't trust the US Government as far as I 
could throw them.  They do tend to make up the rules as it suits them.

The UK isn't too far behind them in the trust stakes either.  We maybe 
more set in our ways, but I bet our dirty tricks department has been 
running a tadge longer than yours. (Just not sure we don't use it as much).
