Now before I reply proper, I don't mean to make it sound like I am
brushing off what happened to the Jewish people. Don't want you to
think I am dismissing it. Far from it.

But that was history, we sorted it. Cost a huge bunch of lives, but it
was sorted. The UK was the first to stand up to them and then
'gradually' the rest of the world joined in. But you would like to
think that if some Country/Government started to think above its
station, that the rest of the world would try to sort it out. (Can't
quiet see the US Government liking being told it was being too big
brother, but heck, thats what the rest of the world is for - we're not
just a big oil storage depot).

I would like to think we've gone forwards, but in recent months, I have
seen many references to the current US Government being more and more
like the old Nazi Party back from the 40's.

So perhaps I should say that I would trust the UK Government to look
after the data than I would the US Government. (Thats only because I
don't think you can fit much data on a 200Gig HDD and that is probably
the limit of our IT systems in our security agencies, though we have
just got our very own brand spanking new version of the FBI. We will be
your newest state sometime soon, then I will worry).
