Well there was a post from Julian, or a Deputy, a couple of years back about
a change to the algorithm,.

The change was basically that 2 reporters had to report spams from the same
source before listing.

There was a bit of grumbling in this newsgroup about that at the time.

 I don't know if this can be found with google now or not.
