So, Mike, what's the real answer?

Mine is illegal and therefore not discussible.  It involves frogmen
rising out of the sea, smoking ruins, and slowly cooling spammers.  Not
feasible due to strenuousness, expense, and likely bogus moral issues
that would be raised by not-at-all-innocent bystanders.  Open to other
suggestions.
