Berkeley or PBL?

Hi Brian and all, As my spamprobe is sort of broken right now, I might as well consider this question: The BerkelyDB-stuff gives my compiler the hissy-fits, so would this be a good time to switch to the PBL-library? I recall reading here that PBL has better performance and is less prone to corruption.
