I should have added to this, the whole point if using multiple inputs (say 
spamprobe, qsf, and a few DNS based blacklists) would be to have no single 
check result in an overall "spam" result, though it's not immediately 
obvious to me what the best scoring scheme would be.

For example, qsf is known to be somewhat aggressive and tends to give false 
positives. So you obviously wouldn't want to mark something spam just 
because qsf says so. Same for DNS based blacklists. OTOH if qsf and 
blacklists both say spam, it's overall "spam" even if Spamprobe = GOOD.
