I don't think this replies exactly to your question but this is close enough.

I use imapfilter with spamprobe and I'm very happy with that.

I have 5 mboxes on my imap server : Inbox, Good, Spam, NotSpam, NotDetected
Messages arrive in Inbox but I never look at this box.
Every 5 minutes, imapfilter looks what is in inbox and for each message, test it with 
clamav and spamprobe and move it to Good or Spam accordingly.
It then look for message in not detected (spam seen as ham), apply spamprobe spam on
them and delete them.
Finally it looks in not spam, apply spamprobe good on them and put them back in good or
inbox.

I only read message from Good, move not detected spam manually in "not detected" and check
the Spam box from times to times.

This requires to have one machine with hi connectivity (my office machine does) running
imapfilter.
