It will be available alongside the others so that users can choose
whichever they prefer.  The hash database format will be available on
any system that includes a mmap() system call.  You don't have to
specify any options to the configure in order to use it.

The database backends can even be mixed.  For example you could use a
hash database for each person's database and a PBL database for the
read-only shaed one (-D option).

I intend to modify the configure script to default to using the hash
database if neither PBL nor BerkeleyDB were found.  (Good idea Jem)
