Those were incomplete command line examples just to illustrate the value 
for -d.  You would still need a command after the -d option (e.g. score, 
receive, train, etc).  So for example:

   spamprobe -d hash:32:$HOME/.spamprobe train-good filename



> spamprobe -V
> error: unable to open database /home/glaurent/.spamprobe/sp_words: No such 
> file or directory
> caught runtime exception: unable to open words database
> caught signal 11: cleaning up
> zsh: abort (core dumped)  spamprobe -V

There appear to be some issues with the interrupt handling code that 
I'll need to address.
