I would hope not as my own and users domains use just these macros to ensure *@domain expands to -all while valid-user@domain expands to 'ip4.......... -all' or ~all dependant on their policy

It also ensures my own servers when mis used/forged *@helo-name will always fail even if sent from the server allowed to helo as helo-name
(edge case but i like to ensure no forging /or more likely software/exploit/system generated errors/address's being allowed to leave) as most of these default to user@hostname so ensuring *@hostname is invalid (mxd to . and spf only allowing it within helo)
