Unconditional rewriting is *the* most effective anti-spam tool at our site. It stops 2000 spams / day which are spoofed bounces. This is compared with 500 / day for bayesian content filtering and 200 / day for domain and IP blacklists (and a miniscule number for SPF fail so far). The unconditional rewriting will not be as necessary once SPF is wide spread enough for me to just ignore bounces from non-SPF compliant mailers. -- Stuart D.
