As Meng has pointed out before, SES fits into this framework with a line
from the authenticating RFC2821 box to the cryptography box.  Could we lobby
him to put that line on the slide for completeness?

Well, there are four methods.  I still think that SES, or finding a way to
bring what SES does into SPF, has a part to play in this.  I also don't
think too many people outside of Microsoft think that CID is a particularly
good way to solve that problem.
