What's new?  Primarily bugfixes.

* Inline comments are handled better in files that TMDA auto-appends
  to.

* Accounted for the rare situation where pending cleanup is triggered
  before the pending directory itself has been created.

* Gecos fields which contain commas (such as under Linux) are now
  accounted for when determining a FULLNAME value from /etc/passwd.
