What's new?

* Many users have pointed out the lack of features, so I spent my
  weekend fixing that.  Here some buttons that actually do something
  now:

  generate address
  test address
  local config
  global config
  theme picker (although there's still just one theme)
  logout
  info

  You still can't view/edit your lists/filters, but you can do soooo
  many other things that you couldn't do before.  You're gonna' love
  it.

* Hopefully one bug is squished.  Some users have been getting errors
  because of e-mail sizes.  I changed this and hopefully it is
  sufficient.

* Added tons of screenshots at:

If you are upgrading from a release of tmda-cgi < 0.04:

* display directory has been updated again.  You'll need to copy in
  the new one or use a symbolic link.

* If you are upgrading from 0.03, you shouldn't need to recompile.
