Okay, I figured out how to do this.  It's easy to automate with a
script.  Take a look at the following:

That's an HTML dump of the entire wiki.  I know it's large, but it
really works better that way when all the underlying pages are there
as well.  But a bzip'd tarball is < 1MB.  

If you like this, I can probably start including a tarball of the wiki
alongside of the releases.

I'm also looking into a way to dump to PDF as well.  For now, each
page on the wiki has a "create pdf document" on the left sidebar.
This is nice for printing out things like the ConfigurationVariables.
