I figured out how to export to PDF too, but the output of the entire
site in PDF is too large to consider.  I'm thinking maybe I'll include
PDFs of select documents, like the FAQ and Configuration Variables.
They have nice indexes generated so they are easy to both browse and
print from.  Are there any other wiki pages which would be nice to
have in PDF format in addition to HTML for each release?
