%%(confirm_accept_text)s in tmda-cgi 0.16.1 template

Hi Folks,


I just found that confirm_accept_text was still being used in the
confirm_accept.txt template in tmda-cgi-0.16.1, resulting in a KeyError
up delivery of a confirmation attempt.  Here's a diff to use the default
text that TMDA 1.1.11 uses instead:
