The Message-ID parsing solution described in the FAQ will solve this problem, at least as far as making people confirm replies. See the 'Without tagged addresses' section of http://tmda.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/TmdaFaq#head-4f82a55edd615a8cb= 6983f2977ac1dcb5a03f24d Part of the problem too is that you're using a different address as your 'From' than you are in 'Reply-To' so when we reply to all we send you two copies of the message and one to the mailing list. You could make things a bit easier by reducing one of those addresses.
