The Message-ID parsing solution described in the FAQ will solve this
problem, at least as far as making people confirm replies. See the

Part of the problem too is that you're using a different address as
your 'From' than you are in 'Reply-To' so when we reply to all we send
you two copies of the message and one to the mailing list. You could
make things a bit easier by reducing one of those addresses.
