I do support switching simplified Chinese translation from GB2312 to
UTF-8, as I stated clearly last year around the 1.4.16 release after many
tests. Also thanks for many warm helping from members like you then. But
it didn't happen in the next 1.4.17 release and I don't know why. Since
the conversion is relatively simple and I guess the upper developer might
has other consideration. So I'll respect their judgement and let them
decide when is appropriate to convert.
