Romanian translation bug report and proposed patch

Hello,
There are some bugs in the romanian translations of the messages in
SquirrelMail. You'll find below a diff containing, in my humble opinion, the
correct (or better) translations. (The most important is in line 1086, where the abbreviation "May" is translated "Hartă" instead of "Mai".)
